Service Description

FinGraphicx provides interactive sankey diagrams for company financial statements. Users can either purchase individual diagrams or subscribe for access to multiple diagrams across different quarters.

New sankey diagrams are added each quarter after companies publish their financial earnings. However, we do not guarantee specific publication dates for new diagrams.

We operate on a freemium model: Basic functionality is free, while advanced features require a paid subscription.

FinGraphicx Proprietary Rights

The names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, arrangements, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the websites and services (“Materials”) that we provide are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All materials included in the websites and services are the property of FinGraphicx or its third party licensors. You may only use the websites and services as expressly authorized by us and as set forth in this Terms. You shall abide by and maintain all intellectual property notices, information, and restrictions contained in the websites and services. We reserve all rights to the websites and services not granted expressly in this Terms.

If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the websites and services (“Feedback”) then you hereby grant to us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the websites and services and create other products and services.

You grant us permission to include your name, logos, and trademarks in our promotional and marketing materials and communications.

Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms and our rights therein, FinGraphicx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the websites and/or services as described in and subject to this Terms.

User Accounts

To access paid features, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

Your account is personal and must not be shared. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If unauthorized access occurs, you must notify us immediately.

If we detect unauthorized account use, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use Fingraphicx web app for any reason on appropriate notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if we have a good reason. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violations.

Acceptable Use

By using FinGraphicx, you agree not to:

Share, resell, or distribute our content or diagrams without permission.

Scrape, extract, or collect data from our platform using bots or automated tools.

Use our service for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with our software.

Circumvent any security measures or access control mechanisms.

Payment Terms

Our service is offered on a subscription basis, with different tiers providing different levels of access and download limits. The number of diagrams you can generate and download depends on your subscription tier. Optional tiers are basic plan, Pro plan or Enterprise plan.

Payment terms for subscriptions will be outlined during the checkout process. By making a payment, you agree to our pricing and subscription terms. FinGraphicx offers two term options: (i) an annual subscription with a twelve-month term or (ii) a monthly subscription with a one-month term, each with an automatic renewal for an additional term unless either party terminates the subscription no later than one day before the renewal date. Depending on the agreed subscription plan the User has to pay to FinGraphicx a monthly or annual subscription fee at the beginning of each term.

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. is entitled to adjust its list prices to compensate personnel cost or other cost increases annually in an appropriate amount. FinGraphicx will announce these price adjustments and the effective date of the price adjustments to the customer in text form. The price adjustments shall not apply to the periods the customer has already paid for. Any changes apply to future billing cycles. If the price increase is more than 10% of the previous price, the customer may object to this list price increase within a period of two weeks from notification. A change in the price resulting from a change in the scope of features shall not be deemed a price adjustment within the meaning of this section.

The User can switch between the offered plans of the FinGraphicx web app. FinGraphicx shall invoice any additional amounts without undue delay or as agreed between the parties. Any upgrades will take effect from the date the customer makes or confirms such adjustment. For the avoidance of doubt, the customer is not entitled to a (pro rata) refund.

Kindly be advised that FinGraphicx does not provide refunds for any subscriptions. We consider payments made to be irrevocable and non-refundable once processed.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and generated financial diagrams remain the property of FinGraphicx and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users may use downloaded diagrams for personal or professional purposes. Users may not resell, redistribute, or modify diagrams without explicit permission. Users may not claim ownership of any generated content.

If you provide feedback, we may use it without compensation or obligation.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

FinGraphicx provides financial visualizations for informational purposes only. We do not offer investment, financial, or legal advice.

FinGraphicx is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to access or use our service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for financial losses arising from the use of our service.

In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last payment period (monthly or yearly, depending on your subscription).

We may link to third-party sources, but we do not endorse or assume responsibility for them.

Data Accuracy

Users should independently verify financial data before making decisions. We use publicly available data but do not guarantee its accuracy. Fingraphicx is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the generated visualizations.

You acknowledge that using FinGraphicx’s data does not replace professional financial analysis.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

For any dispute you have with FinGraphicx, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute with us informally. If we need to contact you, we will do so at the email address on your FinGraphicx software account. If FinGraphicx hasn’t been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms through binding arbitration.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against FinGraphicx.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if that’s what we decide. We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify you.

By continuing to access or use FinGraphicx web app after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you don’t agree to the new terms, please stop using FinGraphicx web app.
