At FinGraphicx, we want to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting against misuse. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used your allocated downloads for the period.

Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.

Usage data (to improve our service).

Once you have downloaded a diagram, you have accessed the service, and refunds will no longer be possible.

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to contact@fingraphicx.com with your account details and purchase receipt.

We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations prevent future charges but do not grant refunds for the current billing cycle.

Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to disable your account.

We report fraudulent refund requests to Stripe’s fraud prevention team.
